Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS)

OCDS is an international standard for publishing public procurement data, developed by the Open Contracting Partnership. Version 1.1.5 covers the full contracting cycle: planning, tender, award, contract and implementation.

The Atlantis Procurement Authority platform

This platform collects data from existing procurement systems, transforms it to the OCDS 1.1.5 format, and exposes it through a REST API and this public portal. It enables transparency and monitoring of public procurement.
